She laid there motionless, just breathing softly for a few moments, trying to catch a few more winks of sleep. She sat up abruptly, remembering that she had to call her best friend and manager, Samantha. Jordyn picked up her cell phone and dialed Samantha’s number quickly, getting up and walking over to her wide window where she could see the sun rising with brilliant colors.
